As a Project Manager (PM) at One Source you’ll lead complex projects for enterprise customers and internal initiatives. To be successful, you need to excel at communication, teamwork, problem solving, and organization. You’ll drive major results and make a large impact on our customers.

• Manage projects delivering a variety of telecom and technology services to our customers.
• Manage the full lifecycle of project orders, including proactive tracking, risk identification, and timely escalation resolution.
• Work with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, encouraging a collaborative and productive culture.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with operational leaders on resource allocation, process improvement, and change management.
• Communicate regular project updates, status reports, and key insights to project sponsors and stakeholders.

Education and Experience

• Graduation from high school or high school equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent certification.
• 2+ years of telecom industry experience, ideally within fixed telecom.
• 2+ years of business operations experience working with enterprise level customers.
• High Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
