Overview

The Onboarding Project Coordinator is a detail-oriented professional who leads cross-functional projects that optimize daily functions and performance of the business across the organization. The Onboarding Project Coordinator’s primary goal is to efficiently onboard new customers for all service lines, manage and meet deadlines for projects, and coordinate with internal teams. 

Responsibilities

Duties/ Responsibilities: 

  • Carry out the mission and goals of the organization 
  • Coordinate, monitor, and track all operational tasks related to assigned projects 
  • Scope projects to identify need, objectives, expectations, resources, acceptance, and constraints 
  • Manage project intervals to ensure projects are being delivered within acceptable time frames and initiatives are achieved 
  • Build trusting relationships with our new customers 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a customer has smooth onboarding 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Communication: You’re able to write clear and concise emails, speak professionally on externally phasing calls, and handle critical conversations. 
  • Organization: You can juggle many tasks and deadlines at one. You keep detailed notes and have a sound organizational strategy. 
  • Adaptability: When plans change, you’re able to change with them. You don’t hold onto broken processes or get stumped by a change in responsibilities. 
  • Empathy: You understand that everyone is human. You can build trust, be a cheerleader, and address mistakes without being demeaning. 
  • Tech-savvy: You have the skill to build in formulas and shortcuts to quickly analyze data. You have experience in project management tools and learning new software comes easy to you. 
  • Dynamic Work Environment: Fighting fires is no problem for you. Escalations can happen quickly, and you’re able to stay on top of them. 
  • Data Crunching: You’re not intimidated by large data sets. You’re able to analyze data to prioritize your projects or answer questions from stakeholders. 

Qualifications

Education and Experience: 

  • Graduation from High School or High School Equivalency is required, bachelor's degree preferred. 
  • 2+ years of Project Coordination 
  • 2+ years of Business Operations Experience with a proven track record of delivering data driven results. Telecom Industry Experience preferred.
