The IT Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for managing the prompt resolution of One Source Communications customers service requests.  The primary function of this position is to ensure that customer interaction is a friendly and professional experience that addresses the needs of the customer in all stages of the customer service life cycle within One Source Communications. Customer relationship building and teamwork are key success criteria for this role. The TSE will provide support via phone, email, and video conferencing. The TSE will also be a point of escalation and mentorship to junior support staff.
